Five on Friday

ONE:
Basically how I felt after doing 9 rounds of pushups in a tabata style. Honestly I’m fitting in exercise when I can right now. This was Monday night. I walked/ran 20 min with the kids and did a 10 min body weight strength after they went to bed and before I worked more. Just making it work. 



TWO:
How cute is this professional picture from the daddy daughter dance?! Ha the background cracks me up! 



THREE:
Extra 10 min in the morning equaled spinach, kale, onions, salt and pepper sautéed with eggs. Win!



FOUR:
Lots of food today. Saw this somewhere on Instagram without measurements so I just winged it. 
Quinoa
Red onion
Parsley
Lemon juice
Chick peas
EVOO
Salt



FIVE:
Had a few quick trips this week. Twice to Winston-Salem and once to Cincinnati.  In and out for meetings then early morning flight home from OH. 


We did get to go to a late dinner that was delicious!


We had a few drinks!


5:30am came very early yesterday! Hope everyone had a good week!

  1. I make a similar salad to that quinoa one! I love adding green beans and a little bit of feta!
