Football Game

The rest of our weekend....

When Molly Anne takes a nap in the afternoons, she is a fun person to be around that evening! ;)  When she doesn't, it can be quite iffy!  Saturday she took a 2.5 hour nap so we went to an early dinner at Carolina Ale House.  We hadn't been before but I had heard how good the buffalo shrimp salad was and it certainly lived up to the hype!  We had a table outside and enjoyed the nice weather!

Kevin wrote her initials on a napkin and look how well she wrote an M and A after seeing his!  The letter above the A is a G!

We let her run around on the field out there in Waverly afterwards for a little bit.

While Grady and I swung on the bench!

That night Molly Anne and I had a very special adventure!  We went to an 8th grade football game to watch a dear neighbor cheerlead!  It was soooo fun to get to see Ava do her thing and Molly Anne hasn't stopped talking about Ava since!  "One day when I get tall like Ava I can do cheerleading!"

She wanted a snack so I let her pick anything she wanted at the concession stand.  Yep, she ate an entire pack of M&Ms.  And then the cheerleaders hand out candy so Ava gave her a twizzler that she ate too!  YOLO!

The cheerleaders were awesome!

So proud to be up wayyyy past her 7pm bedtime!

On Sunday for lunch we ordered the Jack-o-lantern pizza from Papa Johns.  Molly Anne got a huge kick out of that!

I took Mills with me to pick up groceries while the children napped.  He had his head out the sunroof the entire time!

These sweet boys!

Grady has turned into a thumb sucker!!!!  AHH!

We needed to get out of the house after nap to get some fresh air so the three of us headed to the neighborhood playground!

Here is Molly Anne telling Grady that it's fun to go down a slide and to not be scared!  So we took Grady down the baby slide first then the big twirly one with Mama!  We think he loved both!

An easy Sunday dinner - potatoes, carrots and sausage sheet pan dinner.  I put a little olive oil and italian seasoning over it all and cooked at 375 for 20 minutes or so.

Hope everyone is having a good week!
