Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! We are thankful and appreciative of those that gave all while fighting for our country.
We had a rainy weekend at the beach but we made the most of it!
Chaos at our house for the first night. Breaking in the new deck! The concert was canceled so we just hung at home.
Saturday it rained all day. The kids chilled, played, went to the arcade, the girls shopped.
We met up with the whole crew at Sharkys as a table of 18!
They sat the kids on one side of the restaurant and us on the other. It was pretty solid I must say!
The four mamas went to the grocery store together after that and got dinner for that night.
Oh and Natasha and I snuck out to meet Sam and Morgan at the wine bar for a drink. That was a big treat!
I looked like a wet gross human but we had an awesome steak and crab leg dinner at Hilary and Drew’s. Love this new dress I got last week. Good for July 4th too. It’s different but still looks like me if that makes sense.
On Sunday we worked out, hit up the arcade, got stuff for dinner, then the weather cleared enough to get the kayaks out!
We had a good time doing this!
And we fished.
Sunday night we went to Steve and Ariel’s for bbq that Steve had smoked all day. We all brought sides and had a good dinner. We were hanging on their porch and one of their friends said there’s a dog hanging out on a roof! Look at that!
And Monday it finally was decent enough to step foot on the beach! The kids were so excited. They didn’t get in the water because of the rip current warnings but they had a great time playing!
Mills even got to come to the beach since it was a cool day!
These kids are living the life and they don’t even know it!
We didn’t leave until about 2:30 to come home but they were zonked!
Even Molly Anne slept and she never sleeps in the car!
This boy who has plenty of room but requires to be with the kids in the floorboard.
