My friend Lauren who runs @laurenlitakerwellness on Instagram gave me this idea! I typically always get sub in a tub from Jersey Mikes but they've gotten so expensive. So maybe your local grocer does this too? I ordered online then went to pick it up for lunch one day. I got the full sub and just made a note "no bread, just bowl please." $9 and delish!
