Run to your nearest Trader Joe's and get the pumpkin ice cream. 

You will not regret this decision.

Do not look at the nutritional information.

It's a treat.

Just run an extra couple miles that week! ;)

    I don't live close enough to Charlotte for a Trader Joes to be convienent with makes me very sad since I love anything pumpkin.
