Costa Del Mar - my sunglasses had a scratched glass lense and it drove me nuts. I don't know how it happened but I just got the glasses less than two years ago. I filled out the form online and they contacted me a couple of days later and said they needed a few more pictures. I sent those in and then a few days later they said they didn't have my frames any more but I could choose from some other sunglasses and pick my lenses and everything. It was SO nice. And I love my new shades!
Schwinn - Grady's helmet broke a few weeks ago so I called Schwinn. We had a couple minute call where the representative couldn't have been nicer. He asked me to send him an email with pictures and the receipt from when I had bought it. He emailed back the next day and said they don't make that helmet anymore but they would be glad to reimburse the cost of the helmet. How nice was that? I promptly bought a new Schwinn helmet.
Good customer service from both companies!!
