Amazon Customer Service

First of all, how did we survive without Amazon Prime?  Now if I order something from JCrew or wherever, I expect it here in two days or less, free shipping ha!  Anyone else with me?!

Our baby monitor is a Motorola and it started having issues with where the power plug goes into the actual monitor.  It wouldn't stay in right and so I had to tweak it so it wouldn't turn off in 60 minutes in the middle of the night.  When it turned off, it would beep loudly and freak me out so it needed to be fixed.

Anyway I called Amazon first since I had registered there and my in laws got it for us from there.  Well I fully expected to have them tell me oh you have to call Motorola etc etc and I just knew it would be a long mess of trying to get a new one.

Nope!  Amazon took care of it right away, even sending us a brand new one before I sent the old one back.  Obviously I didn't want to go a night without one.  I just thought this was overly kind.

There are good people in this world!!!  Thank you Amazon!  No wonder you all do so well!  You make it EASY!

  3. That's awesome! They do have great customer service! But if you had been sent to Motorola, they do too. We had an almost identical problem with our monitor and they sent us a new one even though it was out of warranty!
