I really don't have much to talk about today.
Your responses to the RSVP thing yesterday were funny. We're all in the same boat. What is wrong with people?
OH I know what I wanted to tell you guys. Kevin and I were at Zoes Kitchen on Wednesday evening and a lady was looking at me and I didn't recognize her. She came up to our table and said, "I read your blog." She was so cute, she said, "You're Kevin and I love reading about Mills!" I was so excited she said hey. So hi Mrs. Penny! You're a sweet lady and I'm glad we got to talk!
Do you guys have fun plans this weekend?
I'm going to collapse tonight...these 4:30am and 5:00am mornings 3-4 times a week have me delirious by Friday...but they're so worth it during the week. I went to Virginia yesterday and at 8:30pm last night I was dead in the bed. I have to have sleep or I'll get sick.
Tomorrow we have a surprise party for one of Kevin's friends which we are looking forward to. I wanted to go to our neighborhood pool this weekend at some point but it sounds like it's going to be raining the whole time. We haven't been once this year! How terrible is that?!
After the party at our house last weekend, we are still recovering. We worked for 3-4 weeks/weekends before it getting the house and yard ready.
Tonight is the Panthers first preseason football game. I'm glad football is back...I can smell the football air already!

ReplyDeleteWe were going to the lake this weekend but canceled because of the forecast. Instead we're staying here and getting some things done around the house. Oh, and we're having neighbors over tonight for homemade pizza and football!
