These days I'm big on Mio to make me drink water. This is how it goes down!
1. Sharkys cup. One of our fav Ocean Isle places. But make sure you have a cup you like.
2. Ice! I love pebble and have it at home and at the office. I've become addicted!
3. Pick your Mio. My favs in order left to right.
4. Squirt some in!
5. Fill with water
6. ADD A STRAW! makes me drink so much more water!
This is like me!! I haven’t tried the Mio, I use Raw Essentials lemonade powder from Amazon, with pebble ice and a big tumbler! Hydrate!!
