Well...it was a long 6.5 years of doing some sort of exercise on the Peloton app every week. Until a few weeks ago when I was injured (my back!) and was told basically to not move so I missed that week. Such a bummer. I remembered about 5am that Monday morning so 5 hours too late! 330+ weeks of movement!
Anyway, I'll have to get over it but it was a great streak while it lasted. I have almost had the bike and app since Grady was born. I used to ride the bike often but then had a toe issue and it killed my toe to ride. Then I started doing a lot of the strength classes and walks/runs. I've loved it all.
I still will use the Peloton app because I love Alex, Callie, Alli, Kristen and some other instructors. I've also enjoyed just doing my own thing and using my watch to track progress and listening to whatever music I feel up to at the moment.
Here's to many years of Peloton!
