On Good Friday we drove up to Maryland to see my parents. I had a wedding shower for a cousin and Easter and my Dad's birthday! And Skiff needed to meet them!
On Saturday I went to the wedding shower at the Atlantic Hotel in Berlin. It was stunning.
We got to visit with several neighbors and friends!
Easter morning
We had Easter brunch around 2pm and it was simple and good. Ham sliders, hashbrown casserole, fruit salad (fruit cocktail and a couple other cans with vanilla pudding mix on it), sister Schubert cinnamon rolls and sausage egg cheese casserole. And blood Mary's of course!
Poppa's birthday!
Skiff met a half brother in my parent's neighborhood - same dad! Isn't that crazy? Dad is from Florida too. Small world!
We had a nice trip. Last Tuesday we drove down to Ocean Isle! More to come.
