Here's how I'm getting through this week:
Sunday - we did make your own pizza in a new pizza oven we gave Kevin for his birthday. I forsee many more fun nights doing this! Also, I liked this oven bc it didn't require gas like the Solo Stove one.
Monday - chicken lettuce wraps - my kids LOVED these and they got 7 plant points! I didn't use water chestnuts, I used rotisserie chicken (I won't use ground ever), and then I winged some of the other ingredients. Big win!
Tuesday - cheez it chicken tenderloins (just chicken dipped in egg then dipped in crushed cheez its then air fried), sweet potatoes and a fruit
Wednesday - burgers from the freezer - anytime I have extra hamburger meat not cooked, I make patties out of it. Now I have like 5 so I want to use them! I've been doing burgers in the air fryer too and they're SO good. Will prob do a side salad with these.
Thursday - tbd 😂
