Weekend

Well, I finally bit the bullet and bought a new iPhone on Friday at lunch.  Man those things are expensive.  I got the XS 512GB.  I like the smaller size versus the XS Max.  But wow, I'm still recovering from that charge!  Since when did phones get so expensive?!  I mean, I know but yikes!

Friday night we had grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner.  It was one of those rainy nights where it sounded good and was easy for after work.

Little bubba is probably going to be a side sleeper!  He loves his puppy that he swings around his crib!

Molly Anne and I did puzzles all weekend.  Like every chance we got, we were doing another puzzle!  We didn't do much all day on Saturday other than chill, puzzles and crafts.  I've been doing my peloton during Saturday afternoon nap time then I'll go ahead and shower and do my hair so I can be ready for going out that night.  It's just so happened that we have had plans on Saturday night the last couple so this works out well.

After nap, the sun came out so our neighbors came over for an hour and we let the girls run wild in the driveway.  We love pulling out all of the things, tying Mills up to the jeep and putting Grady in the wagon or little car and hanging out.

Ready to go out.  Earrings in Gold //  White Jeans //  Booties  // Lace top and black cardigan are sold out but are from J. Crew

We checked out a couple new to us places in Downtown Matthews which is near where we were going to Courtney's 40th birthday party!  We loved Seaboard and highly recommend.  You go inside to order and they bring your drinks to you then you can go out front and sit at the picnic tables with heaters underneath.  It was cool.

Celebrating Courtney!  She was one of my sorority sisters at NC State and has always been such a good friend to me.  We don't see each other or talk often but when we do, we pick right back up where we left off!  Julie (my redhead twin!) was also in civil engineering at NC State and she was a couple years ahead of me and always helped me on my homework!  Known these girls for 18 years which is crazy to me!!

Checking on the babies when we got home.  Cuddly bubba.

Sunday morning I had Molly Anne "watch" Grady while I quickly cleaned Mills' paws off!

Grady loves some wheels.  Any wheels!  He finds them and they are his favorite thing right now!

She loves some temporary tattoos!

Mills has always loved when Molly Anne crawled on top of him when she was little.  She still does it every now and then and you can tell how much Mills hates it haha!  This morning she said, Mama, take my picture!  Also, Grady is smiling huge in the background even though he looks mad!

Hope everyone has a great week!  I have blogger brain and feel like I have nothing to talk about.  Leave a comment if there is something you'd like me to touch on sometime soon!
