No Bake and One Dish Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

I got permission from my Mother-In-Law to share the easiest cookie recipe ever.  Note: I cannot bake worth a hoot but I can make these.  Kevin says they aren't as good as when his Mama makes them.  At least he's honest haha!

Ingredients:
 - 2 cups sugar (I've tried Splenda and they aren't as good)
 - 1/3 cup cocoa
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 3 cups of uncooked oats (do not get the quick oats)

Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk on stovetop.
Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oats.
Mix and spoon onto wax paper to cool.
Let them cool and harden prior to transferring into container to store (takes about 15 minutes).

Yes, one dish to clean after these cookies are made.  Can't get easier than that!

I've never made these but have had them many times and they're so good! But yuck I hate Splenda!

I use to make these all the time in high school when I was trying to diet. I did it with some sort of pudding mix though.
