I don't think I've been great at doing these as Molly Anne has gotten older but I want to remember some things about her as she just turned 9 on July 4th!
We were reminiscing the other day how I've always taken her pic in this chair for every year and she just jumped in as we were laughing and wanted her picture taken now!
1. She moved up to the 73rd percentile for height. She has kind of bopped around the percentiles on height all of her life.
2. She is a mastermind of all things creative! She can make something out of nothing and it's super cute. Recently she and Grady painted rocks at the beach with like OIB police or OIB fire or Sunset Slush and handed them out to all of the folks at the concert. All her idea and up her alley.
3. Speaking of, she does have a heart of gold. She's fun to be around, easy to talk to and full of energy!
4. She still doesn't like going to bed because she feels like she is going to miss something! During the school year she now has a 7:45pm bedtime as of middle of 3rd grade. They get up sooo early because school starts so early!
5. She has lost 12 teeth mainly because she had 4 pulled this summer! She's got some time before any come in. I'm so glad she loves the tooth fairy!
6. She has small feet - just now a size 2! (Same as Grady!)
7. She loves clothes, make up, skin care and jewelry. Girly girl through and through.
8. But she's also sporty spice! She has tried lots of different sports over the years. This past year she swam year round, played tennis every week in a lesson with our pro (and Grady), and also tried Girls on the Run and played basketball again. This year she is swimming again, tennis (always I hope!) and playing field hockey again. I'm sure she will play basketball in the winter and who knows about the spring!
9. She is super thoughtful, inquisitive, laid back and smart in school.
10. She lovesssss Grady. I'm so thankful that they're very close. They battle it out some times but overall they're pretty solid. She also lovessss Mills. Oh my she loves him and he loves her.
Her pediatrician always asks her these questions and here are her answers this year:
What do you want to be when you grow up? An art teacher
Favorite vegetable - carrot (although I'd say steamed broccoli)
Favorite fruit - strawberries
Favorite food - pizza
Kevin and I are so proud of her. May she continue to be well rounded and a good girl! xoxo we love you so much Molly Annie if you read this one day! :)
