This dinner is so basic but easy for a weeknight.
- Couscous - see box below
- Steamed broccoli with a little cheddar (my kids are obsessed)
- Italian Parmesan Chicken Tenders - soak in salt water for 20 min. Rinse. Dip each one in raw egg then Italian breadcrumbs. Air fry for 13 min at 400 degrees. (The salt water makes them never dry out - try it. My friend Hilary has changed cooking chicken for me by telling me this trick!)
