For people who like the french manicure-the american version is a little more subtle and looks a little less prom. I have had a good french manicure before, but my nails aren't very long, just past my fingers and I think it's more subtle when you don't have long tips. I agree with the previous posters-why would anyone do a french pedicure? Who wants long toenails? :)amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00149271294595447912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1709642354094596351.post-51238967625142848712013-03-20T20:42:55.942-04:002013-03-20T20:42:55.942-04:00I also am not a fan of the French manicures...blah...I also am not a fan of the French manicures...blahhh. For neutral, I am loving the light pinks and tans and even Fiji by Essie (brighter, almost white but something a little more fun than a plain neutral). And when I see people in salons who get it on their toes....I want to cringe.

I went with a shellac manicure to make sure it still looked great during the honeymoon. In my opinion, the very best pale pink version of this is a combination of two colors. Both CND brand. Bottom coat of Romantique. Top coat of Negligee. It produces the PERFECT pale pink that stays shiny and will not chip in sand, sun, and salt. I went with a similar nail polish color on my toes because I didn't want bright pink or red toes peeking out from under my wedding dress. With a tan it looks great!

Getting close!!Steel Magnoliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16705333990914255885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1709642354094596351.post-24069635212152776602013-03-20T08:58:49.818-04:002013-03-20T08:58:49.818-04:00I did OPI bubble bath too.
