California Day Three - Part I (End of San Diego and driving up the coast)

We began Saturday with breakfast at the Broken Yolk.  This was a recommendation from a blogger so thank you!  :)

It was absolutely delish - check out this humongo plate of Western Benedict.

Then we started driving up the coast.  This a gorgeous spot at Ocean Beach.

There is a running trail all along the coast here.  And with it being 60 degrees each morning, who wouldn't want to be out there running?!  We noticed folks here don't stay out late, they get to bed early so they can enjoy the next day.  What a concept!  :)

We hit up Pacific Beach and then headed to Mt. Soledad - another recommendation.  My girl Ally totally hooked me up on where to go and what to see everywhere!

From here, you can see 360 degree views of San Diego - it was amazing. You could see Coronado and some of Mexico. Spectacular!

Torrey Pines was next on the list heading north towards LA.

Then Huntington Beach.

And then, we checked into the Beverly Hills Hilton.  Hello amazing flowers.

And a clue of what was going on at the hotel that night....here is part of the set up.  More to come later!  It was the best part of the trip!
Can't wait to tell yall about it!!!
